Seamless Integration
To comply with local regulations, the architect specified reed for the external roof, which we also incorporated internally to maintain design consistency. This choice strengthens the residence's harmonious connection to its surroundings, seamlessly blending with the landscape.

This two-story villa blends comfort and elegance. The upper floor features a spacious living area, kitchen, and dining space, perfect for relaxation and entertaining. The ground floor has two bedrooms with private bathrooms, offering a serene retreat, private terraces with lake views provide a luxurious sanctuary.
