This modern bohemian villa near the Spanish coast beautifully blends earthy tones, embodying a sense of authenticity. We preserved the original granite flooring, incorporating new, natural stone surfaces and custom-designed furniture to seamlessly merge the old with the new, thereby enhancing the villa’s timeless charm.
Open-Concept Living
Our client envisioned a spacious living room that flows effortlessly into the kitchen and dining area. To bring this vision to life, we removed the interior wall between these spaces and designed an open bar, creating a seamless visual connection that enhances interaction between the kitchen, living room, and dining area.
Zoned for Comfort
Making full use of the available space, we designed a two-part living room. One area, set further away from the kitchen, serves as a quiet zone for relaxation and conversation, while the other, located near the kitchen bar and closer to the terrace, offers a cozy space for intimate gatherings.
